Prof. Dr. Maria Victoria Ulgado-Rosas is the current Dean of the College of Business Management and Accountancy (CBMA) of the Trinity University of Asia Philippines., and she brings with her more than three decades of teaching, research, and managerial expertise in both undergraduate and graduate programs in business administration. Dr. Rosas has a wide experience and deep understanding of leadership, having served various positions in the academe in different colleges and universities leaving a legacy in the Philippines She already presented and published her research at local and international conferences such as United States of America, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore to name a few For her commitment to advancing her field of specialization, Dr. Rosas has received local and international recognitions. She is also an active officer and member of various Professional Organizations both local and abroad namely the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business, Marketing Educators Association in the USA, and Council of Marketing Educators. PWPA, and many more. Dr. Rosas’ dedication and commitment to the institution’s values and ideals significantly contribute to the enhancement of the school’s continuous struggle for academic excellence in all fields of endeavor. Her distinct passion has somehow created a mark on her students, thus enabling them to set high standards for themselves in order to realize their potential to the fullest. Undoubtedly, Dubbed as one of the jewels in the marketing industry by the Philippine Marketing Association, Dr. Rosas illuminates the dedication, inspiration, motivation, and commitment in all her works and endeavors. She was consistently awarded as Competent Professor an Agora awardee, Presidential Leadership Award, Top 8 in the Metrobank Outstanding Teachers of the Philippines for Tertiary education, Finalist in the Search for Bravo Women of the Security Bank, and a lot of special citations in her contributions in the field of business education. With all her contributions and accomplishments, she has remained grounded and constantly eager to grow with others.
