Nirmala Chengalroyen is Serving the SANDF as a professional Nurse in the capacity of a clinical lecturer for 19 years. She plays a teaching role as critical care nurse since 2012 to present and schedules hospital training accordimgly.
Nirmala also has experience in the OHS training field with regard to the maintenance of quality standards. She worked in the Phelophepa Health Care Train during 2nd year nursing in 2005 and trained the community on health care related problems. She is currently posted as a clinical preceptor working in the clinical education and training department (CETU) at 1 Military Hospital from 2018 to present and is a qualified Assessor/Moderator from 2019 to present.
She presents Skills Development training programmes in a private capacity. She is Cumm Laude 2008-Surgeon General floating trophy, Cumm Laude 2012-Critical care nursing, Member of International Golden Key-2017, Member of Alumni University of Pretoria-2022, Member of the National Academic of Sciences, Engineering, Medicine, Member of Siemans Health, Member of Real Success Network, Member of e-Space CRM 2022, Member of J& J Healthcare Academy, Member of the Foundation of Professional development and Member of Africa Health.
