Minda Marshall is an educationalist and researcher focusing on visual processing and cognitive development through the processes of reading. She oversees a registered private school and is also the co-owner and a co-director of Lectorsa, a South African company. She has worked with M3line on the development of the Eyebraingym solution based on 30 years of research in her specific field.

Eyebraingym is the results of 100’s of case studies and hours of research compiled into a simplistic user friendly, accurately gauged on-line visual intelligence development system.

Her qualifications include a BA degree, various international leadership training programmes, and Occupational Directed Education and Training Practitioning Skills. She has authored and co-authored articles, academic articles, and books. Minda is passionate about educating and empowering teachers, educators, parents and learners to discover their own internal strengths to maximize their abilities. She trains teachers and leaders around the world.
