Mamsi Mashinini-Ndlalani is Prestigious Sessions Speaker at IN4OBE Global Summit 2022

Mamsi Mashinini-Ndlalani is the founder and CEO of Mamosa Educational Institute that is operating a private school in the township of Duduza in South Africa. Mamsi is an Educationist whose passion as an educator comes from a life-long obsession for teaching young children, having graduated from the University of Fort Hare with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and History and a Higher Diploma in Education she began her teaching career at Asser Maloka Secondary School in 1992 teaching English Second Language to Grade 8 to Grade 12 learners.

She worked at the school until 1999. Mamsi was part of the first team of educators to be trained for the implementation of Out Comes Based education which was introduced in 1998 that replaced the old Apartheid Education system. Mamsi Mashinini-Ndlalani was promoted to a Deputy Principal’s post and moved to Zakheni Primary School in 1999 to 2002 and taught Life Orientation to the Grade 7 learners she was promoted to a Principal’s post in Fountain Five Primary School where she taught Life Orientation Until 2004.

She resigned from her post in 2004 to start her own business but realising that any kind of business was not part of her passion, she went back to teaching in 2010 to gather more knowledge about the new curriculum and new assessment standard in preparation for her own Educational Institute. It is a registered institute of learning and training. She is practically involved in teaching and learning at her school. She received two recognitions from the District Director of Gauteng Province Education the latest was in May 2022. Mamsi Mashinini-Ndlalani resides in Duduza in South Africa with her last born so Luvuyo. She is a single and a loving parent to two other grown-up sons, Nkosana and Sipho. She is an author of a book titled Revisit The Mirror
