A pragmatic futurist, Ken’s philosophy is “design for tomorrow, build for today.” He started his career in interactive video and animation and made the move into serious games and simulations.

He enjoys the challenge of bringing diverse team members and functional units together to achieve alignment, drawing on their experiences, and bringing them together to design and build AR/VR/XR, AI and other engaging learning solutions.

He currently leads strategy and innovation for Wells Fargo Bank’s Learning & Development organization and is Chief Product Officer for Soffos.ai where they are building low-code AI solutions for next-gen NLP applications.

Across the span of his career, he has worked with some incredible people and amazing organizations including Tom Clancy while at Red Storm Entertainment, Michael Crichton at Timeline Entertainment, the United Nations, NASA, the FAA, and Caterpillar to name a few. Ken is a passionate coach, mentor, writer, and speaker who enjoys sharing and giving back to others.
