He also has 11+ years of experience in academia as Assistant Professor in software engineering. Being fully involved with both industrial and academic environments has allowed him to educate, train and mentor students and engineers in real-world engineering problem solving and bridging the gaps between academia and industry. He also has contributed in Human development, helping in improving understanding of the education and skills agenda.
