I am Mary Daphne P. Silvestre, Assistant Professor IV of Bukidnon State University.45 years old and presently residing at P-2, barangay 7, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, Philippines. I’ve been in the public service for 20 years up to the present. I started my teaching experience in a public secondary school at Bukidnon National High School and had an opportunity to transfer to one of the established Teacher Education Institution Bukidnon State University (Center of Development). I’ve been serving an IP community for 10 years. The teaching experience in the secondary school brought me to conduct researches focused in inclusive education on the IP learners and employees of the school garnering awards as best paper and best presenter locally. I earned my doctoral Degree at Bukidnon State University in Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Administration in 2019. Presently I am engaged in the institutional researches and served as the college secretary for almost three years of service
