Dr. Khubab Shaker got his doctoral degree from National Textile University in 2018. The focus of his research was the fabrication of particle loaded fiber reinforced polymer composites using liqiuid composite molding process.

He has published more than 50 research articles in impact factor journals, and edited 2 books with international publishers. He is currently working as Assistant professor/Chairman in the Department of Materials.

His research areas include Composite Materials, Functional Composites, Green composites, Residual stresses, Fluid flow, Woven reinfrocements, 3D shaped/multilayedred structures, Auxetic materials and Finite element analysis. His industrial and teaching career spans over 11 years.
