Dr. Arun Vijay Gopal is Prestigious Sessions Speaker at IN4OBE Global Summit 2022

Dr. Arun Vijay Subbarayalu is working as Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Quality Assurance Department of the Deanship of Quality & Academic Accreditation at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is teaching Healthcare Management Program at the graduate level in the College of Public Health and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy course in the department of Physiotherapy at the undergraduate level in the College of Applied Medical Sciences at IAU, Saudi Arabia. His research areas include higher education and healthcare quality management, focusing on developing continuous quality improvement strategies using the six sigma methods. He has published four textbooks and more than 50 publications in highly indexed journals. He possesses a thorough working knowledge of various academic accreditation standards such as NCAAA, Commission for Academic Accreditation (C.A.A.), Joint Commission International (JCI), and NABH Accreditation. He has completed five days of ISO 9001-2015 lead auditor training program and completed the qualifying exam. In addition, he has completed the external reviewer’s training from the National Centre for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA), Saudi Arabia, to review higher education programs for academic accreditation. As an active team member, he has participated in one Institutional & fifteen Program Accreditation for IAU from NCAAA since 2010. He can also provide technical and managerial assistance to develop and upgrade Higher Education Institutions & Academic Programs till the final preparedness for academic accreditation through the preparation of self-study report, development of policies & procedures, and strategic plan for quality assurance at the university level, and to establish a sustainable Quality Assurance Center in a university. He possesses hands-on skills to design & evaluate the learning outcomes achieved by students through a well-structured data-driven model. He has a thorough working knowledge of developing, analyzing, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of Higher Education institutions & Academic Medical Centers. He has a deep understanding of the methodology and data requirements of various international higher education ranking systems (i.e., QS, TIMES, and Green Metrics) and participated in the institutional committee for enhancing University ranking (2014-till date). He is currently serving on the IAU Institutional accreditation committee to get the reaccreditation from the NCAAA (2019-2021).
