Doric Sithole is the founder and Managing Director of Blue Diamond Communications a company that serves the needs of industry leaders through ‘Communications and Branding’ strategy development and implementation. She is also an accredited Facilitator, a Speaker and Master of Ceremonies. As a leader, Doric is also passionate about empowering the youth and women through an online platform she created called Diamond Women Africa (DWA). African women and girls are encouraged to ‘unearth the diamond within’ which refers to discovering the authentic self so you can live a purpose driven life and thrive.
