I am, Almira Joy L. Lavitoria, 24 years old, from Paniqui, Tarlac Philippines. In college, I am an active student leader in Tarlac State University College of Business and Accountancy as I took position starting 2nd year as Board of Representative in Junior Marketing Association, 3rd year as executive assistant for public information and 4th year as Governor in the College of Business and Accountancy student council.

I graduated at Tarlac State University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management in the year 2018.

I have worked as HR Point Person for 2years and 7months at Mekeni Food Corporation in Balubad, Porac Pampanga. My duties include compensation, benefits, and other HR related concerns for the Manufacturing Department. While working in Mekeni Food Corporation I enrolled my master’s degree at Tarlac State University which I have finished already my academics subjects and now working on my thesis study. I am currently a full-time instructor at Concepcion Holy Cross College and a part time lecturer at Tarlac State University for a year.

In addition, I am getting my units for professional education at Central Institute of Technology Inc. in Paniqui Tarlac. As a young professional I engage myself more in exploration and discovering more about how I will improve myself for the betterment of my students and the society. During free time I join seminars to gain insights and knowledge about topics I am interested in like Business, Finance and Effective Leadership.
