Pongsavake Anekjumnongporn (Mac) received his Certified Event Designer from Meeting Professionals International, USA and Event Design Collective, Switzerland; Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) from Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), USA; Master of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Industry Management from Bangkok University, Thailand; Bachelor of Social Work with First Class Honors from Thammasat University, Thailand; Certificate in Social Work Assessment for Child, Youth and Family from Thailand Association of Social Workers, Thailand; Certificate in Elder Care and Children’s Nursing Facilities from Kumamoto Bunanoki Association, Japan and Certificate in Community Leaders from Sukhothai Thammatirat Open University, Thailand. He is currently a faculty member in the School of Humanities and Tourism Management, Bangkok University, Thailand. His research interests focus on service psychology, gerontology, hospitality, tourism management, event management and related fields.
