Marvin C. Lofranco is an Associate Professor at University of Mindanao- Panabo College, Philippines. A former Discipline Head in Social Sciences (2018-2020) and Self-Instruction Module Quality Checker (2020-2021). He graduated with Master of Arts in Education Teaching Social Studies in 2021 and his baccalaureate degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies in 2017.
