Mary Tkatchov is a senior assessment developer for Western Governors University, a competency-based university. In this role, she collaborates with college faculty and industry experts to develop objective and authentic performance assessments. She has 20 years of experience in secondary and post-secondary education, starting her career as a high school and community college English teacher and then moving into higher education curriculum and assessment development. Mary is co-author of the book Proactive Professional Learning: Creating Conditions for Individual and Organizational Improvement, which she wrote with her husband, Oran. Syahirah Abdul Shukor is a senior law lecturer in Faculty of Syariah and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia. Currently, the Coordinator for PhD in Law in Faculty of Syariah and Law. She was one of the early pioneers in Faculty of Syariah and Law (formerly, it was known a Faculty of Syariah and Judiciary, Kolej Universiti Islam Malaysia (KUIM) before it was renamed as Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) in 2007. She was appointed as the Deputy Dean (Academic & Research), Faculty of Syariah and Law in 2010 until 2012. At the same time, she was also the Head Program for Diploma Islamic Judiciary (DIJAP). In September 2014, she was appointed as the Dean Faculty of Syariah and Law. Her areas of specialization: cyberlaw, child law, legal education and comparative law.
She obtained her PhD from Keele University, UK in March 2009, Master of Comparative Law (2000) as well as Bachelor of Law (Hons) (1998) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. She joined the academia world since November 1999 as an Assistant Lecturer in Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia (UNITEN). She is also the Panel for Law programs under the Malaysian Qualifying Agency (MQA) where she is involved in reviewing new programs and law programs offered in private universities as well as public universitity.
She is involved in drafting Halal Guideline as a standard in SIRIM, MS 2393: “Prinsip Islam dan Halal- definasi dan penafsiran istilah” and involved in a few series of training for Halal Certification for trainers in USIM and also pioneering Bachelor of Syariah (Halal Industry) when she was the Dean. She is also an accredited mediator by the Malaysian Mediation Centre, Bar Council Malaysia since December 2015 and also a member of Majlis Perundingan Islam under the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia (2016-2018).
She has been invited as keynote speakers for International conference talk on legal education, data protection laws and protection of children on the Internet. She has received various research grants from USIM, the Ministry of Higher Learning for research on the Future of Legal Education in Malaysia (2012-2013), Ministry of Higher Education under Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS) (2013-2017), Committee for Legal Reform (JPUUM), Legal Affairs Division of Prime Minister's Office (2013-2015), Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Council (MAINS) (2014-2016) Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2016-2018) a colloboration for environmental law study.

Dr. Lovella S. Divinagracia is presently the Committee Chair of the Curriculum Review and Development initiatives of the Division of Professional Education of the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. Her most recent academic works and projects cover consultancy and conduct of researches in teaching and learning, OBE framework building, and educational program development and evaluation. She is also the former Head of the Center for Support of Higher Education and Lifelong Learning at the University of St. La Salle, who utilizes her expertise and skills in OBE curriculum, instructional designs and instructional materials development, assessments in students’ learning in all educational levels, and teacher training.
Dr. Divinagracia specifically provides services as designer and trainer for teachers’ development programs in private and public schools at national and international levels, and lectures on pedagogical skills development for teaching professionals. Her specializations also involve teaching graduate and undergraduate Professional Education courses and Mathematics under the Teacher Education degree programs, with special research interest in metacognition and problem solving curriculum. She is using her extensive expertise in OBE with her previous experience as Chair of the Outcomes Based Education Council of the College of Education; Secretary-Member to Social Research Ethics Review Committee; and Department Chair for Secondary and Elementary Teacher Education Programs at the University of St. La Salle. Dr. Fong Mak is a Professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) of Gannon University. He is also a consultant to GE Transportation in Erie since 1994 and helps build real-time simulators for aid in design and development of control schemes for the GE locomotives. He served 14 years as a Chair for the ECE department. He published significant research work on outcomes assessment; and offered 10 workshops at BAP/ABET Symposium and FIE conferences on outcomes assessment and accreditation. With his extensive knowledge and experience in outcomes assessment, he founded MAKTEAM Software; and created EvalTools®, the most comprehensive online assessment tool that covers learning management, outcomes assessment, continuous improvement management, student advising, survey and institutional-wide self-study. She has led education development teams across multiple universities, overseeing the transformation of education for high-quality student experiences and lifelong learning.
Tam is responsible for Faculty-wide initiatives on digitally-enabled learning and teaching and works closely with the University on a range of strategic projects. I work as an Assoc. Professor in the Business School of IUBAT. I did an MBA from Bedfordshire University, England and a BBA from Chittagong University, Bangladesh. I also did an MA in Economics from Bowling Green State University, USA and I am a PhD candidate in Finance at School of Business and Economics, University Putra Malaysia. My area of teaching is corporate finance, international finance, investment analysis, and banking and financial institutions which I have been teaching for last 11 years. I also have research interest in financial technology, macro/financial economics, and fiscal and monetary policy. Earlier I did work for One Stop Ltd., England as Assistant Manager in Retail Management. I have contributed research papers in international journals and presented papers in international conference abroad.
I have achievements of funded scholarship of master’s in economics at Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA (2016) and a full grant from the Planet under Pressure Conference, London-2012 funded by Oxford University, England. I also had funded scholarship for PhD from Niagara University, USA which I discontinued.
I am an editorial member of South Asian Journal of Management (under AMDISA, India), the founding member as well as associate editor of IUBAT Review and editorial member of Journal of Finance, Business and Management Studies, India. I am an Ambassador of S&SE ASIAN UN, Yunnan University, China.

Professor Kawsar Ahmmed has had his education in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Kedah in Malaysia, and Budapest in Hungary. Professor Ahmmed did his BBA (Hons in Marketing) and MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka in 2003 and 2005, respectively. In 2013, he obtained PhD from the University Utara Malaysia for his research in Key Account Management. He completed his post-doctoral studies at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary where he worked on Inter-organizational Determinants of Key Account Management Performance. Dr. Ahmmed started his academic career in 2006 and currently, he is rendering his service as a Professor of Marketing in the School of Business & Economics, United International University (UIU) Bangladesh with a particular interest in teaching and research.
His research interests include key account management, sales management, and quality education. He has authored and co-authored a big number of research papers and published these papers in different peer-reviewed international journals and attended a number of international academic conferences. Dr. Kawsar Ahmmed served as the Deputy Director of the BBA Program, School of Business & Economics from October 2019 to September 2021.
Dr. Ahmmed has played the lead role in the Measurement and Analysis of Student Learning and Performance for the accreditation of Business Programs of UIU by The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Professor Ahmmed has traveled to the USA, Malaysia, India, Hungary, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Poland. Professor Kawsar Ahmmed is married and blessed with two sons.
