Dr. Mel Greg Concepcion, Ed.D. is an Associate Professor IV of the Philippine Normal University where he teaches masters and doctoral graduate programs. He was with a Jesuit school for 36 years as grade school and middle/junior school science teacher, science department chairperson, student activity program coordinator and student development and welfare coordinator. As researcher, he conducted several researches in education, science, and school management and leadership.
He also serves as research panel, thesis adviser and consultant. He authored Exploring Science Book 3 for elementary, as science content consultant of the Department of Education for K-12 learning modules, and conducted various training workshops for upskilling and retooling of teachers. He serves as guest lecturer for classroom management and school discipline of the Center for Educational Measurement, Inc. (CEM) and as plenary speaker in various in-service trainings of government and private schools. He also served as regional and national judge for science investigatory research projects.
He attended local and international trainings for school transformation, design and forward thinking, disaster and resiliency management programs, special education and care management programs, and technology innovations for school of the future. He is a member of various professional organizations and quality assurance associations. He is an active school accreditor of Commission on Accreditation for Local Colleges and Universities (ALCUCOA).
Prof. Genelita S. Garcia is a full professor (Prof. III) at Philippine Normal University. She has been teaching since 1987, four (4) years at Saint Louis University, Baguio City and 33 years at PNU, Manila. Biology is her field of specialization and has taught varied Biology courses both in the undergraduate and graduate levels.
She is a PhD Biology candidate at DLSU, MS Biology graduate of UST and a BS. Biology Graduate of SLU. She has conducted several Biological Science researches both pure and educational. She is one of the authors of the Mixploring Science Junior High School grade 7 to grade 10 textbooks published by VIBAL Group, Inc. She has conducted several seminar workshops as resource speaker in Biology for several institutions like DEPED, DOST, and Center of Educational Measurement, Inc. (CEM).
She has also served as science consultant for varied Science Projects of many educational institutions. She has also served as national and regional judge for several Science Research Competitions.
Mr. Jelanie C. Mangondato has been an educator for more than a decade (since 2006). He is a parliamentary, debater, debate coach, editor, researcher and advocate.
He has served as pioneer faculty member of the first Engineering private school in Marawi City—the Philippine Engineering and Agro-Industrial College Inc. (now produced more than a thousand licensed Civil Engineers). He was the Executive Secretary and Dean of College from 2015-2018. Then after he was hired as curriculum developer, secretary to the Board and Assistant Dean of RC Al Khwarizmi International College (where he introduced and developed special engineering curriculum) from 2018-2021.br>
Now, he is working with various non-government organization and the Commission on Human Right of BARMM to promote education as a matter of right to all Bangsamoro constituents. He is a graduate of Juris Doctor at Mindanao State University as Academic Scholar, a holder of Governmental Management Certificate and Masters of Public Administration. Also he graduated Cum Laude in his Bachelor of Arts in English degree. He was a field researcher with De La Salle University-Social Development Research Center and National University. He has served the Philippine government as Tax Researcher at BLGF Department of Finance and as Legal Editor at Department of Agrarian Reform in Manila, Philippines.br>

Dr Mohammad Abbas Uddin (Shiyak) has completed his PhD from the University of Manchester, the UK, under Commonwealth Scholarship, MBA from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, Masters from Curtin University of technology with Australian Development Scholarship, and a graduate in Textile Technology from the College of Textile Technology, The University of Dhaka. He is a Chartered Fellow of The Textile Institute UK (CText FTI).
Dr Uddin has over 18 years of experience in textile and garment production, academic research and environmental consultancy. He is considered as a hybrid between technical excellence and business intellect. He is passionate about developing the industrial sector of Bangladesh organically through research and development, creating a new generation of social and environmental champions and liaise between industry and academia for future needs.
Dr Uddin is one of the team members of ‘creating a strategic vision for the university to be in the global education ranking.’ He is also Assistant Director in Skills For Employment Investment Program (SEIP) project for developing skills for executives in the Textile and RMG sector to build world-class managers in association with Ministry of Finance, the Government of Bangladesh.
Dr Uddin is Co-author of the ‘National Chemical Management Guideline for Textile and Apparel Industry’ by the Ministry of Commerce and a taskforce member for the Ministry of Commerce. He co-authored a book titled ‘Manual for Sludge Management in Bangladesh Textile Sector’. He is a certified trainer for ‘Chemical Management’ and ‘Sludge Management’ for Textile industry for GIZ and ‘Dyehouse Management’ by Textile Institute UK. He trained representatives from more than 100 textile factories, 20 government officials from the Department of Environment (DoE), brand representatives and service providers. He is an Associate Editor for Bangladesh Textile Today magazine and speaker and panelist in local and international seminars/workshops/conferences. He is also a reviewer of many journals in the textile field.
Before joining BUTEX in 2017, he led and was responsible for various consultancy projects for water, energy, waste, wastewater, and sludge management and worked for various development organizations such as the German Development Agency (GIZ) Dhaka, International Finance Corporation (IFC)- The World Bank, Canadian High Commission, Dhaka, British High Commission Dhaka, The Nordic Chamber of Commerce Dhaka etc. He is currently working as an expert for GIZ FABRIC, STILE, other projects on chemical management, environmental assessment, sludge management, etc.
Prof. Dr. Suparna Sanyal Mukherjee completed B. Sc, B. Ed, M. Sc, M. Ed, PhD ( In Social Anthropology), Pursuing D. Sc. The first ever researcher in the Country who has completed her Doctoral Research on the topic of "Impact of Indian Forest Act on the Tribes".
