Rajib Lochan Das achieved PhD in Teaching and Technology from the Assumption University of Thailand under its Graduate School of Business and Advanced Technology Management. Dr Rajib joined IUBAT in August 2016 along with a total of 21 year working experience in educational and non-government organizations. Having completed with B.Sc (Hons.) and M.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Dhaka he started teaching in 1994 as a lecturer of Mathematics at a higher secondary college in Dhaka. Later he completed Executive MBA from the reputed IBA of the University of Dhaka and started teaching at Eastern University of Bangladesh in the Faculty of Business Administration. He also worked for an international NGO as the Co-coordinator in Bangladesh.
Dr Rajib has authored a number of professional publications that have been published in local and international peer reviewed journals. He also has a number of books published for general readers. His current research interests include quality in education, outcome based higher education and effective teaching by incorporating technology. He has attended a number of conferences and workshops in Bangladesh and in several other countries including Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Qatar, Tanzania, Thailand, UK, and the USA.

Marilee Bresciani Ludvik, Ph.D. serves as chair and professor of the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies department at the University of Texas Arlington. Prior to that, she served as professor of postsecondary educational leadership at San Diego State University, Assistant Vice President of Institutional Assessment at Texas A&M University and in a variety of student affairs, academic affairs, and alumni relations leadership roles at various types of institutions.
Bresciani Ludvik also served as a Faculty Fellow within the Office of Curriculum, Assessment, and Accreditation as well as the Office of Analytic Studies and Institutional Research at San Diego State where she assisted in connecting student learning and development outcomes to equity performance indicators in a manner that can inform improvements in-class, out-of-class, and program design and delivery.
Marilee has written 13 books, published over 200 scholarly articles, and empowered over 200 institutions and their leaders on organizational learning assessment and accountability decision-making processes. In addition, Marilee assists organizational leaders identify and leverage opportunities to collaborate across division lines, using mindfulness-based inquiry practices, nonviolent communication, difficult conversation practices, paradigm busting processes,compassion practices, restorative justice, and design thinking.
Marilee is a certified meditation and yoga instructor, certified Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute teacher (the program developed at Google), and a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher on the certification path. Marilee is also a certified transformational life coach who uses the evocative method.
Dr. Bresciani Ludvik co-directs the Intrapersonal Competency Cultivation Research Team that seeks to leverage student’s first-person experience to close equity gaps through the cultivation of malleable skills known to significantly predict student success. Marilee’s research specifically focuses on applying social and emotional neuroscience and mindful compassion inquiry practices to inform the design and evaluation of workshops, curriculum, and coaching to decrease students’, faculty, and administrators’ stress and anxiety while also increasing their attention and emotion regulation, cognitive flexibility, and enhancing compassion towards self and other.
Dr. Bresciani Ludvik’s work has been honored with awards such as the ACPA-College Student Educators International's Contribution to Knowledge Award in 2022, the International Association for Student Personnel Pillar of the Profession Award in 2012, the International Association for Student Personnel George Kuh Award for Outstanding Contribution to Literature/Research in Higher Education in 2013, the American College Personnel Administrators Diamond Honoree in 2016, the UNESCO/MGIEP Senior Research Fellow in 2017, and the International Association for Student Personnel Robert H. Shaffer Award for Academic Excellence as a Graduate Faculty Member in 2019.
She has also recently been inducted into the University of Texas Arlington National Academy of Inventors. Marilee is thrilled that she gets to empower educators, staff, administrators, and student leaders into emotional awareness so they can positively transform their lives and the lives of those they serve!

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Dr. Mukerji has been actively engaged as the head of a number of departments dealing with student services. She has been the primary coordinator for planning, facilitating, and implementing the support services with highest level of organizational efficiency and competency. She has been performing multi-faceted roles of an educator, trainer, and facilitator, responsible for performing key roles in learner recruitment management, student performance assessment process, and training, skill development and competency enhancement of higher education professionals. She also worked in Department of Business Administration at Arab Open University Saudi Arabia for three years as a faculty member.
She has been actively engaged in academic research and publication, with more than 12 books to her credit on Educational Marketing, Interactive Technology Environments in Higher Education, and Transnational Collaborations and Learning. Additionally, she has authored book chapters and contributed articles in standard national and international journals and also presented papers in national and international conferences. She was one of the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Technology and Educational Marketing (IJTEM) and is presently Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Technology-enabled Student Support Services (IJTESSS). Dr. Mukerji is a member of review committees for numerous international conferences and journals.
She was a Jawahar Lal Nehru scholar for doctorate in Human Resource Development, with Masters in Distance Education and Public Administration. Was an International Research Fellow of Open University Business School (2009) at Open University (UK).

Dr Suparna Majumdar Kar is an Associate Professor with the Department of Sociology and Social Work and a founding member of the Teaching Learning Enhancement Cell (TLEC) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore, India.

Prof. Hamidul Huq is a social scientist from Bangladesh. Soon after his Masters with Honours in Social Welfare from University of Dhaka, Hamidul Huq got engaged in social work and research with NGOs in Bangladesh since 1979. His specialization is in the areas of sustainable livelihoods, women empowerment, integrated coastal zone management, integrated water resources management, disaster management, ecosystem services and poverty alleviation, and interdisciplinary research and education.
Hamidul Huq has been engaged in collaborative interdisciplinary education and research projects on Integrated Water Resources Management, Ecosystem Services and Poverty Alleviation, Disaster Prevention/Mitigation Measures against Floods and Storm Surges in Bangladesh with IWFM, BUET, Wageningen University, Southampton, Exeter, Oxford, Dundee and Kyoto universities. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher of UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, the Netherlands to study interplays between bio-physical and social processes of southwest delta of Bangladesh.
He obtained his PhD in Rural Development Sociology from Wageningen University, the Netherlands in 2000. Dr. Hamidul Huq has been teaching social sciences in different universities in Bangladesh. Currently he is a full time Professor in Department of Economics at United International University, Bangladesh. Prof. Huq is currently engaged in research projects on Disaster Management, Climate Change Adaptation, Sustainable Development, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Livelihoods, and Gender Mainstreaming.
