Vikki Liogier is French and has been living in England since 1987. She initially worked as a freelance illustrator and taught graphic design and illustration at South Thames College. In 1993 Vikki acquired her first Apple Mac, Wacom tablet, colour printer, Adobe suite and scanner, as she could foresee the impact such technology would have on the creative industries and education. From then on, she pursued her interest in the exploration and embedding of digital literacy and capability into her life and course delivery. In 2008, as a keen technology early adopter, Vikki decided to refocus her career on change management and digital capability.
In 2018 she was recognised as one of the UK EdTech50 - A celebration of the people, products & projects shaping the education and technology sector across the UK. Since her appointment at the Education and Training Foundation, Vikki has been boosting the strength and capability of the FE profession in harnessing learning and teaching technologies, developing digital skills and redefining pedagogic approaches.

Prof. Ahmad Farhan bin Mohd Sadullah is a professor in Transport from the School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He was the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) between 2017-2021, and was responsible to ensure embracement and implementation of OBE at Universiti Sains Malaysia. He was also the Dean of the School of Civil Engineering at USM and had led the team to implement OBE. Dr. Yacob Astatke currently serves as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for International Affairs at Morgan State University (MSU), a position he has held since July 2017. As the AVP he has played a key role in the implementation of “Morgan’s Global Campus” initiative, with the launch of a new initiatives in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Turkey. In addition, DIA played a crucial role in the signing of a major partnership with the Tertiary Education Fund (TETFund) of Nigeria to bring up to 90 Ph.D. students and post-doctoral scholars per year to Morgan starting in the Fall of 2020. As such, the DIA is actively seeking to grow Morgan’s relationships and partnerships with universities and public/private organizations around the world in line with our strategic plan of “Growing the Future, and Leading the World.”
Prior to becoming the AVP for International Affairs, Dr. Astatke was a full-time faculty member in the Clarence M. Mitchell Jr. School of Engineering for over 23 years, where he rose to the position of Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education. For over a decade now, Dr. Astatke has facilitated the donation of hundreds of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) portable laboratory instrumentation boards and has conducted capacity building training workshops for more than 25 universities in Ethiopia and other countries in Africa and Asia. This work has improved the education of thousands of ECE students in Ethiopia annually. Dr. Astatke is the recipient of several national and international awards, including: the 2013 American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) “National Outstanding Teaching Award” and more recently the “2016 Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC)- Airbus Diversity Award” and the “2016 Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) for College Level Promotion of Education.”

Professor Kawsar Ahmmed has had his education in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Kedah in Malaysia, and Budapest in Hungary. Professor Ahmmed did his BBA (Hons in Marketing) and MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka in 2003 and 2005, respectively. In 2013, he obtained PhD from the University Utara Malaysia for his research in Key Account Management. He completed his post-doctoral studies at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary where he worked on Inter-organizational Determinants of Key Account Management Performance.
Dr. Ahmmed started his academic career in 2006 and currently, he is rendering his service as a Professor of Marketing in the School of Business & Economics, United International University (UIU) Bangladesh with a particular interest in teaching and research. His research interests include key account management, sales management, and quality education. He has authored and co-authored a big number of research papers and published these papers in different peer-reviewed international journals and attended a number of international academic conferences.
Dr. Kawsar Ahmmed served as the Deputy Director of the BBA Program, School of Business & Economics from October 2019 to September 2021. Dr. Ahmmed has played the lead role in the Measurement and Analysis of Student Learning and Performance for the accreditation of Business Programs of UIU by The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Professor Ahmmed has traveled to the USA, Malaysia, India, Hungary, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, Germany, and Poland. Professor Kawsar Ahmmed is married and blessed with two sons.
